Frequently Asked Questions
Inoperable vault is sealed, hard-sided transport built for non-runners you can't push. Your vehicle is winched inside a fully enclosed aluminum vault with winch-equipped setup — no dragging, no open air. Hard-sided, locked, lift-gate and forklift-ready, same inoperable-certified driver door-to-door.
Yes — built for inoperable-level safety. Every non-runner is pulled with electric winch, secured with skates, dollies and soft wheel nets, zero frame dragging, hydraulic lift-gate with no ramps, and fully sealed transit. All carriers are DOT-approved, FMCSA-registered with a damage-free record and white-glove handling throughout.
No start, no roll, no keys — we handle it. Electric winch pulls the vehicle in, wheel skates handle locked wheels, lift-gate handles no brakes or broken axle, and forklift assist is available for heavily damaged. No pushing, no dragging, no extra damage — complete winch custody from ground to vault.
Transit time depends on distance, route and equipment needed. Inoperable vault runs with same driver, winch-ready vault and direct routing for safer delivery. Pickup is scheduled quickly after booking with winch equipment confirmed, with live tracking and video updates available on request.
Tell us roll status — does it start, roll, steer, have keys, brakes? Remove personal items, keep fuel low if possible, document condition with photos, and share access for forklift or winch. For locked wheels, broken axle or heavy damage, let us know in advance — we dispatch winch, skates and forklift-ready vault.
